Mandatory Health Examination Notice
(National Health Insurance Service – NHIS)
In accordance with the National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) and relevant regulations, all eligible employees are required to complete a mandatory health examination. Please review the information below carefully.
1. Designated Medical Institutions
You may undergo the health examination at any NHIS-designated medical institution.
How to find a designated medical institution:
1. Visit the NHIS website: http://hi.nhis.or.kr
2. Select 건강IN (Health IN) → 검진기관 찾기 (Find Medical Institutions)

※ Please note that you are not required to use the hospital listed above. You may choose any other nearby NHIS-designated hospital or clinic.
2. Examination Period
The health examination must be completed by December 31, 2025.
3. Examination Costs
- General health examination and follow-up confirmation tests:
Fully covered by NHIS (no personal cost)
Fully covered by NHIS (no personal cost)
- Cancer screening:
90% covered by NHIS / 10% personal contribution
- Exceptions (no personal contribution required):
▶ Colorectal cancer screening
▶ Cervical cancer screening
▶ Individuals included in national cancer target groups
4. Important Reminder
Under Article 129 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, failure to complete the mandatory health examination may result in a fine imposed on both the employer and the employee. To avoid any disadvantage, please ensure that you complete the examination within the designated period.
